Staff
The lead agent for American Home Title is a former underwriter for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. She maintains a close relationship with Stewart and they have very high regard for her work in the industry.

The paralegals for American Home Title have worked for some of the largest title and escrow companies in North Carolina. The combined experience of our staff ensures that our clients have access to the resources they need when questions arise.

Process Improvements
The staff at American Home Title has embraced technology to enhance the services we can provide to our clients. We can provide you with electronic versions of all of our documents via email making the experience that more easy for our customers.

There are still many of our clients that prefer fax and mailed versions of our documents and we can accomodate any request. The difference with American Home Title from other title insurance companies is that we will not ask you to conform to our methods, we will work together to find the perfect fit that integrates our services into your workflow.

American Home Title is a preferred vendor of Stewart Title Guaranty Company and Southern Title Insurance Corp. We maintain relationships with multiple underwriters to ensure that our clients are covered and have several title insurance options.
